Our prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD), and payments must be made in USD via PayPal, Stripe Payment, or Braintree Payment. We retain the right to modify product prices without prior notice. The displayed product prices and shipping rates are accurate and final during checkout.

  • You will be charged the exact amount displayed in your order during checkout.
  • You will not be charged any additional amounts beyond your order total.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled, Yokobala will promptly refund any deducted amount.
  • Payment becomes due once the order is accepted, and Yokobala reserves the right to demand and receive the appropriate payment for the order.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline payments made in any form.

♦ Order Fulfillment Information

To fulfill your order, Yokobala will require the following information:

  • Customer’s email/phone number.
  • Customer’s shipping address.
  • Customer’s billing address.

♦ Delivery Time

  • Your order will be delivered within 5-10 business days after processing (1-3 days for 2D products, 14-16 business days for domestic, and 17-20 business days for international all-over print products).

  • SSL (secure socket layer technology) encryption is used to protect your credit card information and personal details during transmission.
  • Your credit card details are solely used for completing the requested transaction and are not stored thereafter.
